I. Problem
The older website was filled with jargon, had an unclear structure with redundant information appearing on different pages, and made it difficult to understand what the process management tool does and how it can be applied to an organization.
II. Solution
The client had one requirement: make it easy to read and visually clean. I approached the problem from three angles – copy, style, and structure:
-
The copy needed to be easy to understand, with large, straightforward titles;
-
The style had to convey a trustworthy, partnership-driven feel;
-
The structure had to be intuitive and easy to navigate.
III. Design
To improve readability, each page and section features a clear, bold title that concisely summarizes its content. This ensures that users can quickly grasp key information as they scroll.
I also incorporated subtle animations throughout the site to enhance engagement. These animations guide users' attention without overwhelming them, creating a smoother, more interactive, and visually appealing experience.
